By placing an order at Taxidepot, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Taxidepot for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Taxidepot and Tictail and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. Force Majeure

Events outside Taxidepot''s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Taxidepot is released from Taxidepot''s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Taxidepot''s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Taxidepot.

All transfers conducted through Taxidepot are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Processing and Shipping

Taxidepot.com orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from New York. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships unless otherwise noted. Delivery costs and arrival dates will vary, depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Taxidepot reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Taxidepot has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Taxidepot shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return, warranty policies

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address under taxidepot.com/contact.

NEW TAXIMETERS: TAXI DEPOT warrants its taximeters to be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use and service for One Year from the date of purchase. This warranty is void in the event the unit is (i) damaged as a result of unauthorized alterations and repairs, misuse, negligence or accident, or (ii) damaged as a result of improper installation, connection or adjustment. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed. Warranty does not cover printer. NEW TAXIMETERS may be returned, at purchaser’s expense, within 14 days of purchase provided they are returned UNUSED and in their original packaging. A 30% re-stocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

USED TAXIMETERS are sold in working condition and come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is void in the event the unit is (i) damaged as a result of unauthorized alterations and repairs, misuse, negligence or accident, or (ii) damaged as a result of improper installation, connection or adjustment. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed. Warranty does not cover printer. USED TAXIMETERS may be returned, at purchaser’s expense, within 14 days of purchase provided they are returned in good, working condition.A 30% re-stocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

*ROOFLIGHTS, TAXI DECALS and ACCESSORIES, are NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.

Magnetic Rooflight (Disclaimer)

Please be aware, we cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of magnetic taxi-top-lights or "Rooflights". We recommend to be always prudent and below speeds of 60Mph, specialty on highways, since wind factor could lead to a potential magnet detachment.

Magnetic Roof light needs to be detached prior to car washing. Any damage caused to the Rooflight within the rendering of the service, would not granted any explicit or implicit warranty on the Rooflight.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND international TAXES

Duties and taxes are set by your country's customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Taxidepot neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party.

Refund Policy on orders seized by customs

If your package (order) is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund.

If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition.

Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited items. We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them. The following list may be helpful in determining which products you should avoid ordering based on weight. However, this list is not complete and is not to be relied upon. Use it only as a guideline. We update it periodically as a result of our own experience.
